  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and another email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
  • During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, supply chain disruptions), processing times may be extended.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
  • Shipping costs for orders below $100 or expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment on our website or directly through the courier’s tracking system.

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our support team at info@zoomxtop.com or call 972-932-6454.
  • If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Changes to Orders & Shipping Address

  • Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
