At ZoomXTop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange a product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and manufacturer’s box.
  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for products purchased directly from ZoomXTop.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or special promotional discounts (unless defective).
  • Products that have been activated, used, or linked to a personal account (such as iCloud or Google account).

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team – Email info@zoomxtop.com or call 972-932-6454 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Ship the Product Back – Securely pack the item and ship it to our return center. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  5. Refund or Exchange Issued – After approval, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship the exchanged product. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or color, you may do so within 30 days, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be required to pay the additional amount or receive a refund accordingly.
