1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange a product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and manufacturer’s box.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable for products purchased directly from ZoomXTop.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or special promotional discounts (unless defective).
- Products that have been activated, used, or linked to a personal account (such as iCloud or Google account).
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team – Email info@zoomxtop.com or call 972-932-6454 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Ship the Product Back – Securely pack the item and ship it to our return center. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
- Refund or Exchange Issued – After approval, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship the exchanged product. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or color, you may do so within 30 days, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be required to pay the additional amount or receive a refund accordingly.
