  • Custom or engraved items cannot be canceled once production begins.

To request cancellation, please email contact@zoomxtop.com as soon as possible with your order number.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom jewelry orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.

  • Production timelines and specifications will be confirmed via email prior to starting.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless defective (see Refund Policy).

  • Discounts, sales, or promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
