Refund and Returns Policy

At Zoomxtop Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

  • The item is not a customized or personalized product (see Section 3)

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on the following:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@zoomxtop.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

  • If the return is approved, we will send you the return address and necessary instructions.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is processed

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable


6. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items that meet our return eligibility. If the new item differs in price, we will adjust the payment accordingly before shipping the replacement.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please include photos of the issue in your email.
